- If You are Having Experience in Qatar before 2014 Need to Submit Experience Certificates with proper Attestation it will be considerable for different grades in the license A, B.C etc. UPDA is not Considering engineers having Qatar Experience after 2014.
- If you are Having Experience Outside Qatar should be attested by relevant authorities of Respective Countries, After That need to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Qatar in the due course.
- Previous Experience from Qatar should be attested from the Chamber of Commerce – Qatar with your company CR copy and computer card
- After completion of MMUP/UPDA exam, Ministry is issuing different grades as per the approved years of experience certificates what we uploaded at the time of document submission by online in the MME website. That is up to 5 years Trainee ,5 to 7 years C grade ,7 to 10 B grade, more than 10 years A grade and also special case they will issue Expert grade also.

HOW TO TAKE UPDA EXAM FOR UNLISTED UNIVERSITIES
Step: 1
First, they have to Upload all the documents in MME website same as the listed university candidates does, in your case you need to select some other university name instead of your university.Later on your application will be rejected and they asks for the equivalency certificate of your university.
Step: 2
Moving forward you can download the rejection letter from the site and approach Higher Education Council for starting the procedure of equivalency certificate. For getting university equivalency first you need to submit for your school equivalency which you may apply online under ministry of education council site and apply it with proper attestation.
Step: 3
After receiving school equivalency, you can apply for your university equivalency in the same site but in the college/university section. You can apply it online. After finishing all these processes, they will have some communication with your university and finally Ministry of education will decide to issue equivalency certificate after that again will upload your documents with equivalency certificate finally you will get exam after the verification of your all documents .
