Those who unable to clear UPDA exam in 1^st and 3^rd they need to attend 2^nd and 4^th chance exam within 30 days of the failure date, for that purpose you need to go to Arabic version of the MME website site for the application process. https://www.mme.gov.qa/

Unlisted University Procedure: –

1.) University – Check your University whether it is already listed in MME website

2.) If it is not listed –they need to do Some Procedures

Step: 1
First, they have to Upload all the documents in MME website same as the listed university candidates does, in your case you need to select some other university name instead of your university. Later on your application will be rejected and they asks for the equivalency certificate of your university.
Step: 2
Moving forward you can download the rejection letter from the site and approach Higher Education Council for starting the procedure of equivalency certificate. For getting university equivalency first you need to submit for your school equivalency which you may apply online under ministry of education council site and apply it with proper attestation.
Step: 3
After receiving school equivalency, you can apply for your university equivalency in the same site but in the college/university section. You can apply it online. After finishing all these processes, they will have some communication with your university and finally Supreme Council will decide to list your university in the site.

MMUP/UPDA stands for Urban Planning and Development Authority in Qatar. It works under MMUP (Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning) currently and is named as MME (Ministry of which wasn’t mandatory then but now all the engineers should take MMUP/UPDA license irrespective of their experience background. Engineers need to know the procedures regarding the document preparation and submission of MMUP/UPDA exam details are following below Municipality and Environment). According to the new standards proposed from Nov 2019, MMUP enrollments are connected with visa endorsements for a person with engineering visa to reside in Qatar. For this purpose, all the engineers must complete their endorsements and take the UPDA license at the earliest.
As a part of improving the quality of engineers, the govt of Qatar introduced the MMUP/UPDA in the year 2014.
